Mumbai 28, born in Mumbai and raised in Michigan. Founded by Uday Palkar in 2023, who owns a food business for 10+ years in Mumbai, India before moving to the US in 2019.
Mumbai 28 now brings authentic Maharashtrian and Mumbai-style food along with customized Indian cuisines to all your tables!
Every dish is prepared with authentic ingredients, variety of flavors and appropriate nutrition in mind in Mumbai 28's licensed commercial kitchen.

Find us every Wednesday (2–7 PM) and Saturday (8 AM–2 PM) at Meridian Township, Okemos, MI.
